A collaborative process of planning and co-ordination, making sure everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goal.

Decluttering assistance:

  • We work with you in process of letting go

Donation: 

We deliver items in good condition to charities on your behalf.

Mental Health Care Plan:

A mental health care plan is a support plan for someone who is going through mental health issues. If a doctor agrees that you need additional support, you and the doctor can make the plan together. eg. a referral to a psychologist, social worker or another allied health practitioner.

Sessions can be one-on-one, or in a group.

Additional support can empower you to make significant changes to how you feel and cope.
