We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website.
The terms ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘COMPANY’ refer to Clear & Clutterfree, registered Australia. The term ‘you’ and ‘yourself’’ refers to the Client.
We provide guidance and education as needed, coaching and practical assistance for all areas of residential decluttering and organising, including paper management.
Each practical session is a minimum of 3 hours.
All packages include a customised strategy to reduce clutter and create a useful, organised space.
You will be guided by us, however, all final decisions are to be made by you.

What’s NOT Included
We do not remove unwanted items to charity, the tip or recycling stations. However, we can arrange removal of unwanted items via 3rd parties, and provide you with quotes.
You understand that coaching is supportive and empowering, it is different from counselling and does not replace counseling for grief, depression, trauma.
Rates & Packages
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
To keep the momentum going, we ask you redeem all the hours in the multi wish package within 3 months of purchase.
Each Package Plan purchase stands on its own. Thus, additional hours purchased are not added on to the previous package.
Full payment is expected at the time of service – unless you have a pre-paid package.
Payments we accept are Cash, Direct Bank Deposit or Paypal.
Any monies owed must be paid within 5 working days of the invoice. In the event of non-payment, you will be liable for all legal costs incurred together with an interest rate of 10% pa.

Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. Please give us at least 48 hours of notice by phone (not email) if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
We offer flexibility with a 48-hour or more notice. As long as you notify us by 48-hours, no fees are incurred. If cancellation is less than 48 hours, the $100 is deducted from your deposit. At our discretion, we may agree to credit this payment against your account if the work is re-scheduled to start within three months of such cancellation.
Sessions begin at the agreed time. If it looks like there’ll be a minor delay, please phone us before beforehand and there will be some flexibility, otherwise payment for the session begins at the agreed time.
If you engage us to work at a particular location and access is restricted, we reserve the right to charge for the lost time and our expenses.

If any realistic expectation is not met, we’ll schedule a complimentary session to make the necessary adjustments.
Clear and Clutterfree handle items with care. In the case of accidental damage or loss, howsoever caused, the client acknowledges that Clear and Clutterfree will not be held liable for any losses or damages howsoever caused during our engagement.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the work is performed.
You acknowledge that the Company owns all intellectual property rights in the ideas, concepts, and know-how that will be shared with you. Such information shared with you is for personal use only. No commercial use of any kind whatsoever may be made without prior approval in writing.
If requested, we will provide a signed Confidentiality Agreement.
We abide by the Codes of Ethics of our Professional Association (AAPO).
We will never discard your belongings without your permission.
